About Us
SRM Renewables Ltd is owned and managed by the team that founded the building energy and sustainability specialists, Stroma Group, over twenty years ago. In 2010 they set up their solar PV subsidiary Stroma Energy Ltd, which grow rapidly in line with the UK market overall, driven by the Feed in Tariff. Stroma Energy successfully completed many hundreds of domestic and commercial PV installations across the UK.
In 2014, the founders sold a controlling stake in Stroma to LDC, and as part of this transaction, carved out and retained the solar PV assets and business. It was at this juncture that SRM Renewables was incorporated to take their solar PV interests forward. More recently, SRM Renewables has added heat pumps to its expertise and is engaged in installing both ground source and air-source heat pumps on various major social housing schemes.
Meanwhile, a renewed focus on the domestic and commercial PV and battery storage offering has seen SRM Renewables once again in the ascendancy.
Based in West Yorkshire, and part of the Mysing Group, SRM Renewables is staffed by experienced renewables experts who will be delighted to help you explore how you can significantly reduce your electricity costs, protect against power outages, and do your bit for the planet in these uncertain times.
